Wesley Manor Welcomes New President!

With the retirement of Jerry Hoganson in September, Ray Dickison was named the new President of Wesley Manor Retirement Community and Methodist Retirement Homes of Kentucky, Inc. A native of Ashland, KY, Ray has dedicated his career of 27 years to service and leadership in long-term care and senior living with faith-based organizations.

Mr. Dickison is a Fellow with the American College of Health Care Administrators and a licensed, long term care administrator. He has served as an Executive Director and in corporate level positions that included Vice President of Operations and Chief Operations Officer roles.

Personally, Ray has been married to his wife Angie for 25 years whom he met while both were students at the University of Kentucky. Together, they are proud parents of two sons – Ben and Blake. Mr. Dickison enjoys sports, travel, great food and serving on the Board of Directors at Leading Age Kentucky, Waterstep and Meredith-Dunn School.

In joining us, Ray said “I am honored to join this special organization on the cusp of our 60th anniversary! I look forward to leading our wonderful team as we care for great residents and families. As with all organizations moving from the depths of the pandemic, we have our challenges, but we have so many opportunities and bright spots at Wesley Manor! I am confident that our organization will achieve and sustain much success moving forward.”
