Required Qualifications: RN or LPN, Active Kentucky licensure

Position Preferences: 2+ years of experience in staff development or clinical education in skilled nursing

Position Description: This full-time position plans, implements, direct and evaluates the education program in the facility based on identified needs, federal and state regulations. Serves as a member of the nursing administration team.

Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000 annual salary based upon licensure and experience

Required Qualifications: C.N.A., Active Kentucky certification

Position Preferences: 1+ year of experience

Position Description: To provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures, federal and state guidelines.

Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour based upon experience

Position Description: This full-time position coordinates operational, sales, activity, resident relations, and administrative duties for The Village at Wesley Manor Retirement Community (60 independent-living homes)

Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour based upon experience or qualifications

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Position Preferences: 1+ year of experience as a cook in health care or senior living

Position Description: The primary purpose of your job position is to prepare and provide food service to resident and employees in a cost-effective manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements and as directed by your Supervisor

Position Description: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide accurate, timely food service to meet resident needs, in compliance with the federal, state and local requirements. To maintain dietary equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.

Position Description: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures, federal and state regulations. This position assesses resident care needs and takes appropriate action in coordination with physician orders.

Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour based upon experience
