Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Position Preferences: 1+ year of experience as a cook in health care or senior living
Position Description: The primary purpose of your job position is to prepare and provide food service to resident and employees in a cost-effective manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements and as directed by your Supervisor
Pay Range: $15-$16 per hour

Position Description: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide accurate, timely food service to meet resident needs, in compliance with the federal, state and local requirements. To maintain dietary equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
Pay Range: $12-$13 per hour

Position Preferences: 1+ year of experience
Position Description: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures, federal and state regulations. This position assesses resident care needs and takes appropriate action in coordination with physician orders.
Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour based upon experience

Position Preferences: 1+ year of experience
Position Description: This full-time position is responsible for administering medications and providing direct care to memory care residents in a secured, licensed personal care neighborhood. Reports to Nurse Supervisor. Shift is 12-hours from 6:30am-6:30pm.
Pay Range: $20-22 per hour

Position Preferences: 1+ year of experience in skilled nursing or senior living
Position Description: We have 1 full-time position based in our Health Care Center and 1 part-time position based in our Memory Care Neighborhood. Reporting to the Director of Life Enrichment and Activities, this role assists in the planning of life enrichment activities, assures, or facilitates the completion of scheduled activities and documents in accordance with company policy or regulations. This position is ideal for a high-energy, positive, engaging and fun person who thrives on meaningful relationships with seniors.
Pay Range: $12-$13 per hour

Position Description: The Resident Care Assistant provides services, support and assistance to the residents living in Hoskinson’s House Assisted Living. Primary duties are assistance with activities of daily living, self-administration of medications and general service requests. This position is scheduled on a 12-hour shift.
Pay Range: $15-16 per hour based upon experience.

Position Description: The Housekeeper provides general cleaning services for general areas, dining rooms, resident apartments or rooms and deep cleaning assignments.
Pay Range: $13-$15 per hour based upon experience and assignment
