From secure entry points and in-room emergency call buttons to a dedicated support team available around the clock, residents and families can rest easy knowing help is always close at hand. Daily wellness checks, licensed care, and the reassurance of on-site nursing offer an added layer of confidence so our residents can focus on what matters most: living well, every day.
Continuum of Care
As part of our Life Plan Community, we offer seamless transitions in care to meet changing health needs. Assisted living residents have priority access to our other levels of care if ever needed: Short-term Rehab, Personal Care/Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing Center.

Floor Plans
Hoskinson House at Wesley Manor offers a variety of floor plans to suit your preferences. Each apartment features a full private bathroom, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, built-in cabinets for easy storage, and your own thermostat so you can set the temperature just right. Larger layouts also include a convenient kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, perfect for a quick snack or a cozy cup of tea.
Service Plans
Following a personalized assessment, each resident receives a service plan tailored to their unique needs. Every plan includes three delicious meals a day (plus snacks!), a vibrant calendar of social and recreational activities, chapel and worship services, and the confidence that comes with a 24-hour emergency response system.

Residents enjoy thoughtful touches that make daily life easier and more enjoyable, like free WiFi, a full-service beauty salon, extra personal storage, and regular housekeeping and laundry services. For added peace of mind, nurses are onsite daily, and outpatient rehab services are conveniently available onsite.

Availability is limited, so please contact us at least two weeks in advance. After your stay, decide whether to return home or make Wesley Manor your new home.
