Since opening in 1978, Wesley Manor’s Health Care Center has provided nearly five decades of trusted, compassionate care. In January 2024, our Board of Directors approved a bold Strategic Plan designed to ensure that same level of excellence continues for generations to come.
A key priority: a comprehensive renovation of our Health Care Center to align our physical environment with today’s best practices in skilled nursing, safety, accessibility, and resident-centered design.
In 2025, we began this exciting transformation and now in 2026 we’ve kicked off a multi-phase modernization that will thoughtfully refresh and elevate the entire Health Care Center.
