For Ray, the best part of his job is seeing the satisfaction and happiness of residents, families, and employees. Feeling called to serve elders, he brings a deep commitment to leadership, vision, and service in everything he does. A team player who values the care of others, Ray is known for his grateful spirit and dedication.

When not at work, Ray enjoys the thrill of auto racing (as a spectator, of course). His dream job is being a standup comedian and is often spotted telling jokes in the halls of Wesley Manor. Ray’s love for Italy fuels his wanderlust, and he is inspired by the inspirational and entertaining books by the Heath Brothers. Guided by the motto, “Pray, hope and don’t worry” by Father Pio, Ray faces every challenge with calm and faith.
