Rewarding, challenging, dynamic, and collaborative - that’s how Nancy describes her role leading the Dining Department. With a team representing diverse backgrounds, cultures, and languages, Nancy sees their differences are their greatest strength. Together, they are united in their singular purpose: serving residents with care and dedication.

Fun fact: Nancy is the daughter of a renowned composer in the Philippines, a legacy of creativity that inspires her approach to life. Outside of her professional achievements, she loves traveling, exploring history, food, and culture. A travel highlight to date was visiting the Vatican where she witnessed the Pope say Mass at St. Peter’s Square. At home, Nancy enjoys watching K-dramas and Broadway classics like Miss Saigon or Hamilton. Guided by the motto "Live and Let Live," she believes acceptance and tolerance are keys to a better world.
